FAQ
Are you specialized in digitalization?
My speciality is in preparing your business and procedures for digitalization. Digitalization is not a quick fix. Once automated, processes are hardly flexible when change is needed, or as Bill Gates once said, “Automation will not fix inefficiency but may actually magnify this state”. Also, people need to learn to deal with their new digital environment effectively. Digitization itself is done by an IT specialist.
What would an optimization project cost?
In any case only a portion of the costs that are run up by inefficient ways of working!
Our Customer first!-method sees us offering better tariffs than others who may be taking a scattergun approach, which causes high overheads besides being inefficient.
What size companies do you work with?
I primarily work with SME. The largest company with which I’ve implemented optimization projects had 670 employees, the smallest, merely 10.
Are you specialized in certain industries?
My client base is quite broad: it includes production companies in the automotive sector as well as sales organizations for consumer articles. Should there be a need for specialist know-how that I don’t cover myself, I’m lucky to have a wide partner network to draw from.
Yours is a small business. What happens in case you become ill?
Should I be forced to take time out unexpectedly, there’s always someone in my team, who can take the reins.
How much time must I calculate for an improvement process?
It is necessary to distinguish between an improvement process and a consulting process. An improvement process should be continuous and addressed daily by the company. We make our customers fit for this challenge.
The consulting process itself may take anything from a one-day workshop to ongoing support over several months, depending on the problem and situation in the company. The outset is an accurate assessment of the current situation during which the subsequent procedure and duration of the consultation are precisely determined. This way you won’t be subjected to unpleasant surprises.
